Project: ANU TV, Australian National University, Canberra, Australia
Scope:  Provide live TV services in the browser, restricted to subnet. Consider campus multicast video recording facility.

Browsing The World of International Television

The multicast network at ANU carries about eighty TV channels in SD and HD.  The ANU TV web application uses a multicast video client in the web browser. Students can turn their laptops into broadband TVs.

Navigation by tag enables an administrator to group related channels. Certain parts of the ANU campus don't receive all the channels, so a subset of the channels available is presented.
